File State-Level Campaign Finance Reports
To assist users unfamiliar with CSV files, the Ohio Secretary of State’s office provides an Excel template that allows you to prepare and upload your report directly to the Campaign Finance Online Filing System (CFOFS).
This Excel workbook includes spreadsheets for contributions, expenditures, and loans/debts. The user must enter data for the columns in a specific format, which is described in detail in the File Format & Excel Template Instructions.
