CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS PROPOSED BY INITIATIVE PETITION
To provide that a person is entitled to vote if he has been registered for thirty days; elector failing to vote at least once in four consecutive years must register again before being entitled to vote.
Prohibits use of leghold traps or any trapping device causing prolonged suffering.
Authorizes state, municipal corporations and counties to lend aid and credit and issue bonds or notes for housing; validates bond authority of Sub. H.B. 870.
Revises limitations upon state indebtedness.
