Register to Vote or Update Your Voter Registration Information

By filling out the following information, a voter registration form will be generated as a PDF for you to print, sign and mail to the Ohio Secretary of State's Office. Alternatively, you may also download and print the form to fill it out by hand.

NOTICE: This form must be received or postmarked by the 30th day before an election at which you intend to vote. You will be notified by your county board of elections of the location where you vote.
