Bringing Accountability to Voter Information Systems 

On Tuesday, State Senator Michael Rulli (R- Salem) introduced Senate Bill 14, legislation that for the first time will place voter registration database systems under the purview the bipartisan Board of Voting System Examiners (BVSE).
