We will maintain regular business hours on weekdays during the festival season and customer parking will still be available in our garage.

Road Closures and Parking During Festivals

Road closures around the office are expected to include S. Civic Center Drive, Town Street, and Main Street. The intersection in front of the building at W. Rich Street and S. Civic Center will be closed. During road closures, it is recommended to check local maps and determine a route that allows you to navigate these downtown street closures.

Road closures typically begin a few days prior to the event and are subject to change at the discretion of festival management and local law enforcement.

Local-traffic-only road closures may be posted on Civic Center Drive and Town Street. Visitors to our office may drive around these signs to access the South Ludlow Street entrance, but access will be limited to the West Town Street side.

Reserved parking spots in the attached garage for the Secretary of State’s Client Service Center will still be available. For those with large vehicles, please note that the Ludlow Street Garage Entrance is 6’ 8” high.

Directions to our Office for Festivals

• If coming to 180 Civic Center from west of Downtown Columbus:
  I-70 East to Columbus: Take the exit for I-670 East toward Airport, continue onto I-670 East, and use the right lane to exit onto US-33 South toward OH-315 South. Turn right onto US-33 South heading south/east into the city. Turn right onto North High St. heading south. Turn right onto West Town St., then turn left on South Ludlow St. Our parking garage entrance is on the right.

• If coming to 180 Civic Center from east of Downtown Columbus:
  I-70 West to Columbus: Take exit 101B toward downtown onto East Mound St. Turn right onto South 4th St., and turn left onto East Rich St. Turn right onto South Front St., and then left on West Town St. There may be a soft closure (local traffic only) at Town St. If so, continue around it and turn left onto South Ludlow St. Our parking garage entrance is on the right.

• If coming to 180 Civic Center from north of Downtown Columbus:
  I-71 South to Columbus: Take exit 109A toward Dayton onto I-670 West. Take left exit 4B toward Third St., traveling south on North 3rd St. Turn right onto East Rich St. and continue to West Rich St. Turn right onto South Front St., and then left onto West Town St. There may be a soft closure (local traffic only) at Town St. If so, continue around it and turn left onto South Ludlow St. Our parking garage entrance is on the right.

• If coming to 180 Civic Center from south of Downtown Columbus:
  I-71 North to Columbus: Take the exit toward Cleveland/Wheeling/Airport onto I-70 E/I-71 N. Take exit 100B toward US-33/Fourth St./Livingston Ave., turning left onto South 4th St. heading north. Turn left onto East Rich St. and continue to West Rich St. Turn right onto South Front St., and then left onto West Town St. There may be a soft closure (local traffic only) at Town St. If so, continue around it and turn left onto South Ludlow St. Our parking garage entrance is on the right.
