As reported on earlier today, the Secretary of State’s office did not receive any petitions seeking a referendum of Am. Sub House Bill 6 by today’s statutory deadline. Tomorrow is the 91st day after the Governor signed HB 6, and therefore tomorrow the bill will go into effect.
