In response to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, certain aspects of our business services center have changed. But the front door to new businesses in Ohio remains open at OhioSOS.gov/Businesses.
Due to COVID-19, the Client Service Center will be open to serve customers by appointment only and limiting the number of clients to one at a time. All business filings may be submitted online and other records may be submitted by mail. A drop box is also available in the vestibule. You may make an appointment at OhioSoS.gov/appointment or call us for assistance at 877.767.3453.
Records filings such as Apostille requests and Minister License applications and other documents that you are unable to submit online may be mailed to 22 N. Fourth Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
