Boundary Adjustment

Pursuant to Revised Code Section 709.37 any two adjoining municipal corporation may agree to change a boundary line.  The following items must be submitted on single-sided letter or legal size paper to reflect such boundary adjustment:

• Transcripts of the ordinances
• Agreement
• Resolution certified by the board
• The $25 filing fee.
