Have an Absentee Ballot Request mailed to you

Thank you for participating in the April 28 election and for requesting a vote-by-mail application from our office. This is the first time any Ohio Secretary of State has offered this service, and over 220,000 applications have been mailed to Ohio voters. Due to the time constraints between now and April 28, we can no longer provide an absentee ballot application through this site and guarantee that it will arrive in time.

However, there are still two ways you can shorten that timeline and mail your ballot request today.

  1. Print your own ballot from home by following this link: VoteOhio.gov.
  2. You may also make your own with a blank piece of paper and a pen. Learn how at VoteOhio.gov/MakeYourOwn
