Native Cold Pressed

Doing business in Ohio is wonderful because this is our home state. Specifically, having our first shop in the Short North has been a great experience because of the strong and supportive community of small, local businesses and entrepreneurs!

Native Cold Pressed was founded in February 2014 in the heart of Columbus’s Short North by two young female owners, Nicole Salvo-Davis and Erin Thacker. They both spent significant time in the restaurant industry as well as the health and wellness industry prior to opening Native. Combining their knowledge and passion for healthy living, they created a premium product for Columbus to discover and enjoy. Native focuses primarily on crafting 100 percent raw, organic, cold pressed juices. They press hundreds of pounds of organic fruits, vegetables and herbs daily in-house, and carefully combine ingredients in small batches in order to provide specific health benefits in each recipe. The owners also host and teach a “Yoga Brunch" monthly at The Kitchen in German Village, which includes a morning of yoga, juice and a gourmet brunch (more info at Native not only strives to enrich the community with highly convenient health products, but they also love to give back. For their One Year Anniversary, they held a fundraiser at The Kitchen to help women in need in their community. All proceeds went to the YWCA.
