Cooper, a respected local businessman who built over 7,000 homes in Greater Cincinnati, and who served as Governor of the State of Ohio from 1929 to 1931, Hyde Park Lumber has contributed greatly to the local community. A fourth-generation family owned business; Hyde Park Lumber & Design is currently operated by Mills “Mike” Cooper Judy Jr., the great-grandson of the founder. The company offers the highest quality building products to builders, craftsmen and the DIYer. Boasting the largest selection of moldings, trim and doors in the tri-state, Hyde Park Lumber & Design prides itself on its commitment to superior quality products, and an experienced, knowledgeable staff that knows the building/construction industry and the needs of their customers. In addition, a full-service design center provides customers the assistance they require to plan, visualize, and estimate a new kitchen or bath with a wide selection of cabinets, countertops, flooring and hardware to choose from. Hyde Park Lumber and Design operates an 80,000 square foot showroom and warehouse facility in Fairfax which includes a drive-thru lumberyard.
