Wyandot, Inc.

From our beginnings as a grain popcorn company to today as a contract manufacturer of snacks, Ohio has always been a great place to be. The people who work at Wyandot are our greatest asset, and the location makes it a perfect place for us to do business.

From their humble beginnings in a one-room schoolhouse in Wyandot County in 1936 to today’s award-winning facility in Marion, Ohio, Wyandot has been founded on quality.

Still owned by the Brown family, Wyandot is the premier custom manufacturer of high quality grain based snack foods, cereals, and better-for-you offerings for the world’s largest food marketers, restaurants, and retailers. Wyandot serves as a full service snack food manufacturing annex, offering its customers extensive technical support, with a team of food scientists and engineers that manage projects from ideation through development, commercialization, and then onto processing and packaging. Their customer service specialists monitor order entry, scheduling, and distribution, while achieving an impressive 99.5 percent order fill rate. Their advanced quality systems include SQF Level 2, HACCP, Allergen Control, and regular third party audits. They offer a variety of all natural, kosher, organic and gluten-free products.

For customers that are careful and exact about the products they sell, Wyandot is the snack company that best meets/supports their specifications by providing quality products and superior services on a consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and confidential basis.

Wyandot will produce about 50 million pounds of snacks in more than 120 million bags this year.
