LaRose, Tressel Encourage Ohioans to Make Your Voting Plan and “Get in the Game”
(COLUMBUS) — Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose has launched a new statewide public service announcement (PSA) featuring Lieutenant Governor Jim Tressel, with a simple message for Ohio voters to “Get in the Game!”
With early voting underway and Election Day approaching, the new PSA encourages Ohioans to make a voting plan and reminds them that there are three convenient ways to cast their ballot: absentee by mail, early in person, or on Election Day.
“Coach Tressel knows a thing or two about having a good game plan, and voting is no different,” said Secretary LaRose. “Whether you vote early, cast an absentee ballot, or head to the polls on Election Day, pick the option that works for you and get in the game. Ohio is ready, and now it’s time to make your voice heard.”
As part of the statewide voter education campaign announced last month, the “Get in the Game” PSA will run statewide ahead of the November 3 General Election, helping direct voters to trusted election information at VoteOhio.gov.

From finding early voting hours and polling locations to requesting or tracking an absentee ballot, Ohioans can find everything they need to make their voting plan at VoteOhio.gov.
