COLUMBUS – Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced 14,037 new business filings in October 2022, down 103 filings from October 2021 and down 456 filings from September 2022.

COLUMBUS – One week after another successful statewide election, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose is taking action to keep Ohio ahead of the curve. Beginning immediately, the Secretary of State’s Office will work with Ohio’s 88 county boards of elections to conduct an After-Action Review (AAR) of the statewide 2022 General Election. This routine AAR, a discipline LaRose has instituted following each election, will focus on evaluating overall performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

COLUMBUS – On the eve of Election Day, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced Ohio voters broke an all-time record for early voting in the statewide Gubernatorial General Election with 1,550,440 million Ohioans requesting an absentee ballot or casting their ballot early in-person. This is an increase of 3.9 percent over the previous record set in 2018. Data includes all ballots received and processed through 2:00pm on Monday afternoon.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 8, and Ohioans need to know several important items ahead of the big day.
