COLUMBUS – More than 155,000 Ohioans have already voted in the August 8 special election, with less than three weeks remaining until Election Day, according to the Ohio Secretary of State’s new Office of Data Analytics and Archives.

(Columbus) – The Ohio Secretary of State’s Office announced today that more than 28,000 Ohioans have signed up to be poll workers for the August 8 special election, surpassing the minimum number of 27,587 poll workers needed statewide for this election.

(Columbus) – Today is the last day for Ohioans to register to vote for the August 8 Special Election. Tomorrow, ballots will be available to all registered voters to make their voices heard on State Issue 1. Currently, Ohio has 7,947,090 registered voters.

COLUMBUS – Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced 16,409 new business filings in May 2023, up 12 percent from May of last year. Although still below prior record-setting years, Ohio business filings remain ahead of the previous year’s pace by more than three percent, reflecting 83,055 total businesses filed so far in 2023.
